Your goods, if being delivered to a UK address, will usually arrive the next working day after the dispatch date – please allow 3-4 days for UK highland and island addresses. The time taken to deliver international orders can vary.
If a customer is not in or not available when delivery is attempted, or no-one is willing or able to sign for goods, delivery companies will not leave goods. They will leave a card where possible. This will have on it the customer's consignment note and local depot telephone number. Customers are asked to call and arrange redelivery. If the delivery company are not contacted goods may be returned to us.
If a customer wishes for the goods to be sent again, a further delivery charge will be levied by the delivery company. We pass this full charge on to the customer. If the customer wishes to have a refund instead of having goods redelivered, we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by us and/or the courier company for both delivery and administration costs.
If You are a consumer, You may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after You received the Products. In this case, You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with Our refunds policy.
To cancel a Contract, You must inform Us in writing. You must also return the Products to Us as soon as reasonably practicable, and at Your own cost. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in Your possession. If You fail to comply with this obligation, We may have a right of action against You for compensation.
We are unable to accept returns of bespoke items
Our refunds policy
If You return a Product to Us:
because You have cancelled the Contract between Us within the seven-day cooling-off period We will process the refund due to You as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which You gave Us notice of cancellation. In this case, We will refund the price of the Product in full .You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Us. We will not refund postage paid unless the item returned is faulty or incorrect
We will usually refund any money received from You using the same method originally used by You to pay for Your purchase.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time at our sole discretion without notice. Any changes to our Terms and Conditions will be posted here on our website.
